A Bank Clerk salary is decent right from the initial stage. The Pay Scale is different that depends on the bank you are working in. If you are working in any of the Banks under IBPS, your Basic Pay is Rs. 11, 765 – 31, 540/-. After serving for 1 year you are subjected to an increment of Rs. 400/- to Rs. 500. Moreover, Dearness Allowances are released by the banks on quarterly term based on Consumer Price Index & House Rent Allowance will be allotted to you according to the place of posting, ranging from Rs. 1176.5/- to Rs. 1058.85/-. At the same time, also gets transport allowance which is approximately Rs. 425/-.
